Hey everyone! It’s been a long time since the last Random Shiny. I realized that I couldn’t keep up with my planned pace (1-2 posts a week), so instead stopped completely for a while. I’ll try to start doing these again, but more sporadic. Still, I hope that you enjoy reading the occasional nugget that I share. :)

Anatomy of a hack: How crackers ransack passwords like “qeadzcwrsfxv1331” | Ars Technica
Great read on how passwords are cracked. It’s a bit technical but a very worthwhile read. Enjoy it over a cup of tea, and then go change your passwords!
